download this video appears like it should cloud is my problem. when I download a video to create a  movie in movie maker it gos to some cloud or something ive payed you guys for years for the videos to be on my computer not this cloud stuff I  don't no what to do about it.

  Usage of Cloud is not mandatory. It is only optional. You can save your stories to your PC and not necessary to upload to the Cloud.

  Please note: Your plan doesn't include Cloud storage, so you won't be able to use the Cloud.
