    Can you please let us know the following:

    1. What web browser do you use to download videos?

    2. Are you seeing the Download This Video button?

    3. Are you seeing any error messages when downloading videos?

    4. What is the operating system of your Windows PC?

    2. No

    3. Can't download videos so no error messages

    4. Up to date Windows 10

    As I said there doesn't seem to be any executables etc. where I would expect them in Program Files

    Have now uninstalled and then re-installed the product - the re-installation appeared to be a different process - prompts etc. from what I remember of the "automatic" update. Everything now seems to be OK.
