Downloader finds video to download but no download

Going to my subscribed trading site and trying to download recorded videos that will let me watch offline.  Shows the download, I click download, but never starts (?)

  Not all websites allow download of videos. You could try using Internet Explorer and see if you are able to download videos from this website. If you are not, there is nothing much we can do. Can you please confirm if you are able to download videos from websites like YouTube.com?
