Download button missing in FireFox. STILL NOT WORKING!

Will you ever fix this??? Works fine with MS Edge. The only way I can get it to work in FireFox is to open the down loader and copy and paste the URL into it.
I have all the latest updates so don't ask me to go online with your tech support. Just fix it!

  We can confirm that it works with Firefox for many of our users. It is possible something with your Firefox is broken. You can reinstall Firefox and see if that resolves your issue. 

  Please note: It uses the same technology for MS Edge, Firefox and Chrome. So if it working in MS Edge, it is highly your Firefox which is the problem.
