RealPlayer not working AGAIN
Over the past 2 weeks I have noticed that RealPlayer takes a long time to access my uploaded videos.
Once I finally can see the videos on my Smart TV, most of them do not play. i don't even get a "check back later" message like I used to - back when I ended up getting 2 months of refunds because your support team realized things really weren't working for me.
So now here I am again with a problem. If it doesn't get fixed this time, I'm just going to quit RealPlayer. I don't know what went wrong - ever since these new updates I've been having lots of problems. Please FIX!

My mistake. I was calling it "RealPlayer" when I should have used "RealTimes"
Now I see that what changed is that it now takes a very long time to access my uploaded videos, then another very long time before the selected video will play. I had assumed they wouldn't play - no, I should have waited a long time.There isn't a delay when I access these videos through your web site.
Why is there now such a lag in opening/accessing videos? Uploads are a breeze.

Usually when you try to play an uploaded video that has not been played for a long time, it basically may take some time to start the playback. These files go into a "sleep" mode when not accessed for a long time. Once they start to play, you shouldn't have these lags the next time you play them. If you find a lag even after it starts playing please let us know.
