Not able to import new music into stories

Down loaded 2 new updates and now I cant import any new music int my picture stories. Everything else works re downloaded realplayer but still does the same thing any one else have this problem?

  Can you please let us know if you are signing into RealPlayer on a PC or a mobile device? If a PC, are you using the RealPlayer application or the web app? This information will give us a better understanding of the issue.
