    We are aware of an issue if the screen resolution is above 1080p and/or if the monitor is a dual monitor. Our engineers are working on resolving it. We will let you know when we have resolved it.

    I have just tried to play a DVD again after RP downloaded and upgraded some components. It STILL doesn't play and this is 6 months later. Has this problem ever been solved? If not how do I get a refund on this terrible piece of software?
