There was no Media found
When I click on Videos, I had 100's of videos listed and it was working perfectly fine a few days ago 3/29/2019. Today 3/31/2019, I get a blank page with nothing more than the message, "There were no media found". I followed a few instructions that were in the help center.
1) Uninstall and reinstall the program and clear the library. Ok, I tried that and it did not work.
2) After the uninstall, I went ahead and ran updates. Still the same issue.
3) The last thing I check is setting, and still, everything is set correctly like last time and still the same issue.
Error message, "THERE WAS NO MEDIA FOUND". AND IT WAS WORKING FINE EARLIER...
Please fix!!!
By the way, if I open the video from my drive, it works fine... At least the video player works.

Are these videos still showing in your PC's hard disk? If yes, you should make sure RealPlayer is seeing these folders. You can do this by following these instructions.
1. Open RealPlayer.
2. Click the RealPlayer logo from the top left corner and click Preferences.
3. Make sure the folders that have these files are shown under "Watch these folders for new content to add to PC Library" under "Library & Device Sharing"

Yes, I did that :) and earlier it still was not working. I shut down the computer overnight and when I started up and tested it. Real player is working normally again. The only difference is that last night I separated some videos out and it starting to work again. I am not sure if there is like a max index of files it can hold in one directory. As long as it is working, I am ok with it.

Well, I just found out that the maximum number of videos you can have in one folder is 1200 videos before it does not display. I broke up the files in multiple folders and everything seems to be working again. I am not sure if there is a cap limit on the number of videos you can have in one folder. Anyways, it is working again for now.
