Hello!  I recently went for the$39 "upgrade" on your RealPlayer.  When RealPlayer loads, I am STILL on the free version, even though I have paid (dearly) and RealPlayer offices have collected.  I do not want to spend hours trying to figure out what to do next.  PLEASE tell me what path I need to follow in order to get a refund.
