How do I get a refund.  I bought this so my mom could watch DVD's on her computer.  Kept getting exchange key error.  There is no one around at your company to help and the answer to this issue on the web doesn't work.  Basically she left (lives out of town) and I was unable to get in touch with anyone at realplayer for help so I spent $40 and it doesn't work and now it's too late to fix it.  Total waste of $40 so I would like a refund please.

 

I wish it just worked but it's hard to believe in this day and age this is your support for your product!
