How to expand DVD view to full screen?

I'm trying to play a DVD disk burned from an MP4 file, in theater or normal mode. I can view the video but only on a small part of the available viewing area, about 1/6 for theater mode and smaller for normal mode. How do I expand the view to fill the available viewing area? I'm using the plus version of RealPlayer 18.

  Can you please let us know what your screen resolution is? Please note: We are aware of an issue with resolutions over 1080p and our engineers are working on resolving it.
