Video Orientation

I have a video that is showing at 90 degrees from actual.  I need to rotate the video.  Can I do this with Realplayer?  Or if not, what software would you recommend?  Help, please.

  RealPlayer doesn't have this feature to rotate a video. We are not sure of which program would do this but a quick Google search showed this.
