Having paid for a subscription - can I except to receive a refund - due to the fact that this issue … "Unable to download videos - We are aware of an issue with RealDownloader unable to download certain videos. Our engineering team is working on this and we will update this message when the issue is resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience" has now been going on since Easter?

We resolved this issue back on 4/29/2019. Many of our users have reported that the updated version resolved their download issue. To resolve your issue, please follow the instructions from the below link.

If the issue still persists, please check if your firewall program is blocking RealDownloader.
