Can you please let us know if you are seeing this at home or at your work place?

For starters, the tab "Web Videos" by default shows a feature video that may be trending on YouTube. Web Videos is also at times used as a web browser by our customers. That being said, what you see as a warning is not from RealPlayer but from the website called Neustar. There are 2 ways you can get rid of Neustar showing up in your RealPlayer.

    1. Clear Internet Explorer settings.
    2. Overinstall RealPlayer

To clear Internet Explorer settings, please follow these steps.

    1. Open Internet Explorer. (If you are on Windows 10 - Type Internet Explorer in the search bar on the bottom left corner of your Windows)
    2. Click the Tools icon on the top right corner of Internet Explorer and click Internet Options.
    3. Under "Browsing History", click the Delete button and hit the Delete button on the window that opens after that.
    4. Click "Apply" and "Ok".
    5. Restart your computer.

    To Overinstall RealPlayer

Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

Please let us know if you still are seeing Neustar showing on your Web Videos tab within RealPlayer.
