The video controls don't do anything. My videos are really out of focus so I tried to adjust it with the video controls but it doesn't matter what you do with them it makes no difference. Is there any better way to fix my picture?

  Can you please explain what you mean by "really out of focus"? Are you playing video from a stored file or from a DVD disk?
