can not purchase new update
fed up with this programn
I had already purchased 16vplus..just had to get a new computer windows 10
said not able to download this version again. Feel like I got ripped off
so now I tried to upgrade.ANOTHER purchase
will not go through technical difficulties! RIDICULOUS !
