End of Dile Error Parsing ac3 Audio Stream

I've Been in Community and On-Line trying to resolve this problem, But nothing works, When I try to Install an Upgrade it says it detects a previous version which I think should be Plus as I believe I've always had and tells me if I do it will revert back to the Standard version, Although it doesn't say Plus next to Realplayer, I've done the Steps as put fourth to me with Not being able to record.
