unable to burn dvd,worked great for a year,so your system changed something

the burn function erases the formatted disc,reformat the disc same result

  Are you seeing any errors when burning a DVD? What file formats are you trying to burn?

  trying to copy a video,cd works fine,only message I get is unknown problem contact real player which cant be done
