DEAR SIRS, I AM A RP SUBSCRIBER, I WAS ENDLY ABLE TO CREATE MUSIC ARTISTS PLAYLISTS AND TO ADD THO THESE SONGS, VIEOS ETC IN VARIOUS FORMATS BUT NO PHOTOS IN FACT THE SYSTEM SEEMS NOT TO ACCEPT JPG FILES! CAN I DO SOMETHING?

  Are you trying to add your own JPG files to your songs? You can always use the "Add Missing Album Art" under Clean Up Library option.

  Please make sure you are signed into RealPlayer so your Plus features are activated.
