    We are not seeing any emails from you about a cancellation request.

    I see that you had an active RealTimes membership.

    We've cancelled the membership, so you will no longer have access to the service and will not be charged again. You will receive a separate email confirmation sometime today.

    Although RealNetworks has a "no refund" policy, I have issued a refund for the most recent charge of $49 USD as a one-time courtesy. Please allow a few days for it to process; the actual time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your financial institution.
