Youtube Downloader not working

I've tried several of the recommended fixes offered and still can't get downloader to work.

  Thank you for alerting this. We are also noticing that certain videos are not being detected by RealDownloader. Our engineering team is investigating it. We will send you an email as soon as it is resolved.

  for over a week now, my video  downloader has not been working,  I have tried  all possible options; even uninstall and reinstall a new version, yet it is  still the  same

  Joey,

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.

  2. Right click on videodl.exe and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.
