Connexion impossible

Bonjour,

 

Je n'arrive pas à me connecter à l'application real times sur mon mac. Lorsque je lance l'application, on me demande de me connecter à mon compte. Je rentre l'identifiant et le mot de passe correct mais la fenêtre devient indéfiniment complètement blanche. Impossible d'aboutir à une connexion. J'ai désinstallé et ré-installé la dernière version du logiciel, redémarré mon ordinateur plusieurs fois mais rien n'y fait.

  We don't have a version for Mac anymore. We have stopped supporting the Mac version of RealPlayer. Can you please let us know where you are downloading RealPlayer from?

  Thank you for sending the link. Unfortunately this is an outdated link and we have stopped producing the Mac version of RealPlayer. We have forwarded this link to our product team to remove it.
