Cannot Replay Downloaded Videos After Upgrade Install

Since installing most recent upgrades I cannot replay any of my videos. This includes videos downloaded before upgrade and one I downloaded following upgrade. This may be the end of my subscription to RealPlayer

Please follow these steps to resolve your issue.

1. Open RealPlayer.
2. Click the RealPlayer logo, then Preferences
3. In the Category pane, select Hardware.

- Under Video Card Compatibility, move the slider bar Most reliable.
- Click OK twice to save the changes.
- Close out of RealPlayer, restart it, and sign back in.
- If this does not work, set Video Card Compatibility back to its default.

Please let us know if the issue persists.

Before the support suggestion that was posted, I clicked on the RealPlayer icon in my hidden icons and clicked on the "register this device again." When I then opened RealPlayer, I could play all my videos as normal before the update. Before that, whenever I tried to play ANY video, whether downloaded before or after the upgrade, the application froze and the only thing I could do was close the window with the desktop controls. For the heck of it, i checked the video card compatibility settings and it is set at the middle of the slider control.
