    We see that you purchased RealPlayer Plus twice. One with your PayPal account and the other with your credit card. We've cancelled the purchase through your credit card. This confirms your refund for your second RealPlayer purchase in the amount of $24.99.

    Depending on your financial institution, please allow a few days for the refund to post. This will appear on your next credit card statement issued following this processing period.
