can someone please contact me and let me know when this problem with the downloader will be fixed it's been a week and I haven't heard anything my number is 901-604-2078 i'm latrice reaves it's 6;20 here central time contact me anytime thank you or at least let me something this downloader is causing some big problem's thank you
