  You are probably missing codecs that play flash videos.

  Installing the K-Lite codec pack often helps to fix issues related to playback. You can install it from the link below:

  http://www.codecguide.com/download_k-lite_codec_pack_mega.htm

  After installing the codec, restart your computer and try playing the videos again.

  You might just need the right codecs similar to how Doujindesu manga reader needs proper updates, installing the K-Lite codec pack should fix your video playback issue.
