First my computer guy told me no one's ever had the trouble I have downloading songs from youtube to realplayer. First don't send this to the fuckin community those people don't have a clue about all of this shit! Get a realplayer tech guy on this. I have multiple copies of songs, thousands, all in different formats than MP4 so in the library I go through the list then theres up to 7 copies all in the wrong format. The ones that show MP4 have a different type of design. I clicked on one to delete it and a blue screen comes on from microsoft saying there's a problem with my pc that they'll take information then restart it. There goes 40 minutes of my day until I manually shut it off I have several issues to write to microsoft about. I burned another dvd yesterday yet there were a handful of songs that said MP4 yet the picture was green and played that way all the way through. That's twice I've tried to  burn the same dvd. Sometimes I'll find an MP4 song, drag it over then, in this case the F section then I get the whole F section to remove. The other day I was trying to delete 1 damn song then the box with the fat green light pops up and despite trying to cancel it  POOF! the entire F section is gone Over 15 years of music, GONE!!!Also, it's gone from my harddrive! I have hours of deleting all of these files away but I can't because if I hit one that entire section is gone. When I delete a song I erase it from the hard drive because if it's messed up over here why would i want to keep the original which more than likely is not in MP4 format.  Then there's your slow ass, unbelievably slow converter. The first night I had to do something else because that was 22 hours then the next day it was 10+ hours. Now this really sucks. There they are in MP4 format but they're green in color, most of them. Now when I turn on this realplayer piece of crap the files have changed. I put them on the list from the library so I can see the picture and the format. Oh goody, now I'm ready to burn it but it'll get down a few songs then the box pops up saying there's no file! Get the fuck outta here, there's multiple versions of the songs! Now I uninstalled this program then I installed a new version which didn't fix anything. Now I can't play my drums, twice this week because I'm spending hours every day typing. It's 4:10 central time and I should be playing right now. Now I have to try to talk with a tech person over there because with their latest update the computer comes on to a point then I have to manually shut it off, start it back up. It loads slowly even since sped up their speed that made a big difference. These last 5 days have been a pissed off cussing time
