First, you need a phone number with a tech on the other end. These issues are too much for the community. When I go to delete a video using the bottom option I've lost an entire section, A,B,C. Next I tried the top option to keep the original but it does the same thing. I just lost everything in C. You need to make it possible to download everything in the MP4 format! What are those other ones for anyway? With everything in the MP4 format let everybody else convert theirs Your converter is screwed up. The songs don't show up with the pictures like they do on the videos! Then there's the ones that showed up last week and now when I was trying to convert! They have a green color that means when I try to watch them the entire screen is green. Next! While trying to burn I click on a video and drag it to the queue thing then a whole list of songs shows up which I have to remove one at a time! I now have songs with 2,3,4,5, or 6 copies! Then the MP4 copy is black! I can't delete because of the problems listed above! I can't go to the box and click videos because everything starts from the newest ones added and even if it says MP4 it's probably the one that's either green or with the incorrect picture or it's black!. I got rid of the original, uninstalled it and loaded a brand new copy thinking that would cure the problems. In the converter it's the same problem, click a song to convert, in this case D and the whole list comes up so  I have to click all the way through until I get to the one I want so I have a list then one pops up green. I've gone to youtube and downloaded my entire of collection of Florida Georgia Line with the same result I lost everything in the F section last week with songs going back 20 years! Now it shows I've got over 3000 songs! It used to be that "download this video" would pop up and that seemed to work ok. Now there are 2 drop down boxes, the blue one and the orange one with the picture. What's the difference? besides the blue ones showing up with a lot of them saying "no videos found at this location" so I have to pull up the orange one, the blue one doesn't always drop down the orange one though! I don't know if this has anything to do with Windows latest update because those idiots screwed this new one up so bad that there's a whole list of what they screwed up. Maybe you should call them, no not should, DO call them today and tell them all of the trouble you're having with your service. They're supposed to put out another update tomorrow so if yours isn't on the list it'll just be another issue for them to mess with. I haven't played my drums in almost 2 weeks so now I'm really pissed off!!!! That,s enough bullshit for one day. Get to work!
