Download resolution

After updating realplayer the download resolution for HD videos changed from 720 to 360.  What do I do to download to 720.  I'm downloading from YouTube.  I tried different browsers .. all the same.

  We don't control what resolution a video is in with YouTube. Can you please share the link to one such video that shows 360p when there is a 720p available? Please note: Downloading videos also depends on your Internet speeds. Please let us know what Internet speeds you get.
