Real Downloader Panel Not At Top of Browser...

On a multi-monitor system, the Real Downloader panel is NOT always located at the top of the  browser window.  That is I have 3 monitors, with the primary monitor positioned lower on the desktop than the others (see image #1).

When the browser is on the other monitors the panel appears below the top of the browser (relative to the top of the primary monitor instead of the actual top of the browser (see image #2).
