I have subscribed for Real Downloader Expresee and the charge mentioned was 25 USD but charged 80 USD to my credit card

I have subscribed for or purchased Real Downloader Expresee and the charge mentioned was 25 USD but actually it is charged 80 USD to my credit card.    I got the message from bank that 80 USD is charged. Can you check the issue and refund the difference amount.

  We see that our payment processor has not been able to charge your credit card for your RealPlayer Downloader Express purchase. We are not seeing any charges to your account. Do you have an alternate email address where you purchased RealPlayer or other products from us?

  I was charged twice once 80 usd and than 40 how do I get a refund?
