gETTING nOT CONNECT

Hello

I can not log in. When I try to on I get an error message "Currently not connected to Real times". It also please restart computer, which I did without susses. How do I log in?

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

  This should allow you to sign in correctly.

  OK

  I reinstalled and it now works fine.

   

  But I one BIG complate tho it installed Norton AV. I do not want it in my system PERIOD. I think this is BULL S**T. What wasn't there an option to not install it?

  We don't automatically install any 3rd party products without the user's consent. To uninstall Norton, please go to your Add/Remove programs and uninstall Norton.
