Every month an amount is taken from my account by Realplayer, so what do I have a premium version,plus or what?

So what do I have? I can't burn so I bought a burning program the reason is due to real player not burning.I have been with you guys for so long now and I really like your program.I'am afraid after the plus I would not be able to burn.Of course before I used to use XP then Vista then win7 now I got a new PC and use win.10 which is a big mess.

  We see that you have an active RealTimes Premium (Monthly) membership. Can you please describe what happens when you burn? Also, are you burning audio CDs or DVDs?
