Realplayer R18 youtube download issue

I am upgrade my windows to windows10 but then download the realplayer from real.com. No matter I am using edge or Chrome, I can not download any clips video from youtube. always comes no video find on that web address.

 

I get pull down the real downloader or even just to paste the URL address on it and it just did not work

My system is a b4 bits
