UNABLE TO BURN VIDEOS

I have tried every trouble suggestion you offer, from re-loading RealPlayer to changing CD settings, and also going in as Admin, but every time I attempt to burn a list of video's I receive:

"RealPlayer burn system not initialized, no compatible device found or a system error has occured."

I have burned several DVD's in the past without any problem, but now I'm unable.

Please advice if this is correctable.

  There could be 2 things going on.

  1. RealPlayer is not installed properly or missing something. We can troubleshoot and see what is going on.

  2. Your DVD drive's burner is faulty. This is a hardware issue which we don't have control over.

  We would like to make sure it is not the first (RealPlayer issue). We sent you an email. We'll take it from there.
