I have realplayer 18, and it was working fine before the recent update.

Now, since I've updated I cant access my premium features, I have uninstalled twice, Ive signed In & out I dont know how many times, and I still cant acess premium..Please Help

  Can you please let us know what happens when you access a paid feature? Are you seeing any error messages?
