I have purchased realplayer express and got an email saying: Sign in to RealPlayer Downloader Express to get your RealPlayer Downloader Express features.

I have signed into my realplayer account and it shows realplayer express under plans. Is this all there is to it because my realplayer software still looks like  the freeware and doesn't have any of the features that I purchased.

  As part of the feature with Downloader Express, you should be able to download videos with Unlimited speeds and up to 4k videos. You should be able to change the setting in your RealDownloader.

  i paid some time back for realplayer downloader express and have tried many times to download but no joy nigelbrian@cytanet.com.cy

  date of purchace 07th Jan 2020 price $24.99 please can you help.

  Brian,

  We see an active RealPlayer Downloader Express under your email address. Are you having difficulty in installing RealPlayer or signing in? 

  If you already have RealPlayer installed, you will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Downloader Express.
