Can no longer download after update

Realplayer update installed 10/4/19. I can no longer download videos. I get an error about page navigation then the downloader box with unable to download message. I have an old pc running win7 & the latest version of Internet Explorer. Any fix or way to reinstall the older realplayer version?

  Please follow the instructions from the below link to re-enable Downloader plugin in your Internet Explorer.
