no download playlist

Is the second time I write to you for the problem. i don't be able to download playlist. Please tell or write me what to do.

Please note: also if my paid account is under guidimario55@gmail.com, my usual e_mail is guidimario46@gmail.com. Is this second the correct e_mail to write messagges.
