parsing ac3 audio streaming

Since i upgraded on Realplayer i have not been able to burn any DVDs. After a minute it states ERROR  parsing ac3 audio stream. I have spent so much time unistalling re-installing using different discs and it still does not work!

Can I have my £39 back please. Gary desmond Saul.
