Unable to record video files converted to rmhd to DVD

I am unable to  record video files converted to rmhd to DVD.

Tried many times - General error:-

"Software that's used to decode the media is not available on this system"

Does this mean that when files are converted to HD - rmhd they cannot be put onto DVD? Please advise.

  RMHD files can be burnt to a DVD. Is this happening only to RMHD files or even your MP4 files? Can you please burn a few MP4 files and let us know?
