Add to iTunes option not available after converting file to AAC

Hello:

I go into my Real Player library- hover over a video and then select edit, convert and then select "Convert To AAC (Apple Devices)." The video converts to AAC and I get Conversion Complete.  I used to get the option here to add the file to iTunes. I no longer get this.

When I go to Preferences I have a check mark in the box "Add converted files to my RealPlayer library.  "Add converted filed to my iTunes library is also present but it is grayed out and I unable to check ithe iTunes box.  How do set up my preferences so I get the option to add my converted files, when complete, to go to iTunes?

  We have disabled this feature. You will need to manually add your converted files to iTunes.
