Some of the music (albums) in my Windows 10 file will not play. I get the following message: "Windows Media encountered problems while playing the file". I don't understand this because in my old computer with windows 7 I could play everything with Windows Media. Is there anything that I can do to fix this?

  We don't support Windows Media Player. You will need to contact Microsoft.

  If you are not able to play these files with RealPlayer, please let us know.
