Getting a black screen when playing DVD or MP4 files

Since upgrading Windows 10 on two different computers Realplayer will not display video.  It plays because I have audio and the timer is elapsing but there is no video, just a black screen.

This is happening on both a desktop and a notebook both running windows 10 Pro and fully upgraded.
