unable to download you tube videos AGAIN!!

once again I cannot download video from You Tube as something has changed and even your software is not installing correctly (Latest version ) the drop down boxes will not show on screen properly ( They are only 5 charators wide) so you cannot see what they do

  Stopped Downloading You Tube a Couple of Days Ago . Does Real Player give a Damn ? It sounds like You have had this problem before .
