Download in hd, 4k
I paid for an upgrade before I didn't get the option to download in HD, I think I could click on it but it said it was a paid service that's why I paid- now I can click on HD but the download is horrid ... help

Hmm quite a mess here:
I had a paid account and found no ability to download HD content other than the "download HD" button was active- getting no benefit from paying for an account I canceled it- really no need to point out the obvious that I need a paid account, I get it- you don't, obviously.
