  Please follow the instructions from the below link to upgrade to the latest version which fixes the downloader issue.

  The main problem i've had with Real Player is that you seldom get a response to a Problem .Real Player is currently unable to download You Tube but they don't seem to care .WE would like an answer to whats happening .
