realtimes will not open in samsung android
i click realtimes to open but it doesn't open. Says "RealTimes keeps stopping"

I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I recently upgraded from samsung s8 to s10. The realtimes always worked on my s8

Do you have an alternate device where you can install this app to confirm if it works there?

I can open on my PC and works fine.

Since we are not able to reproduce the error on an Android device running version 9, we have one more question. Do you have another Android device that you could install RealTimes app and let us know what happens?

No. I only have one cell phone. All I know is that I have used RealTimes for over 4 years. Now with my new samsung s10 it doesn't work. I have now cancelled my premium service.
