Getting No video photo (pictures) in my media library.
No longer getting video (photo) / (picture), in my media library. All i get is a blue colored box that looks like a shadow and a picture of a film clip. The video plays as expected and otherwise functions as it should. I am accustomed to having a picture and strongly desire to have the pictures restored, please help.
