    Dear RealNetworks,I have done what this page suggested and still get the same problem.

    After this occurred, I once again removed all traces of RealNeworks from my PC and started with a fresh download. The new download is v18.1.19.201 This version has the same number for Downloader and Player. It also shows "Enabled" in IE Add-on Manager.

    Does anyone have any other ideas? I've followed every suggestion offered in the community pages, but can not find a way other than this to contact anyone from the company. I have tried to download videos from several websites using 3 different browsers to test this and none of them will download. Always the same messages "Unable to download" and "No videos to download on this page".

    Any help at all with this issue will be appreciated. I hate paying this much money for a program that doesn't work.

    I am still waiting to find out if there has been any results on this problem.

    Yesterday, I backed up all my personal information on my computer and reset the computer to factory specs. I have updated the OS and done all other updates that may be connected to this problem. Another download of Real has not fixed my problem.

    ANY help at all would be appreciated.

    If there is no resolution, can I get a refund for the program that doesn't do what I bought it for?
